This booklet is a revised English edition of a summary of the two-volume work, Bót og biti: Matarhald í Føroyum (Vol. 1 and 2), published in April 2015.1 The volumes contain a comprehensive bibliography, as well as other documented source material and an extensive photographic collection and other illustrations. The illustrations in this booklet are selected from the original work.
