The present treatise is intended as a contribution to the clinical study of primary tuberculous infection; it follows 3 earlier publications 
the same subject.

On the basis of examinations comprising 517 convertors, the author has tried to elucidate the clinical features, complications, and prognosis of primary tuberculous infection.
