Abstract

The results of magnetotelluric measurements at two locations on the Faeroe Islands are presented. We show the apparent resistivities and the interpretation in terms of Bostick resistivities and depths. The Bostick interpretatíon of our data suggests that the resistivity increases nearly monotonically from about 10 Qm at a depth of 4 km to about 350 Qm at a depth of 100 km.
